I want D&D 5e to scare fundamentalists again. Full blown fire and brimstone from every pulpit. Oh Tebow, the end is near and Mike Mearls is the harbinger of the Anti-Christ!

I want to see Mommies panicking across Real America. Website upon website with tearful columns about how completely normal Ritalin addicted teens who used to be so quiet in their rooms playing MMOs are now "doing that D&D thing with their friends!" Oh Oprah, what can we do?

I want Frothy Santorum to completely lose it when someone mentions D&D and how its destroying America's children. Fox Newscasters screeching "Dungeons & Dragons is more dangerous than crack cocaine!" will be sweet, sweet marketing music.

THAT is the D&D I want to play!

I've seen them put on one of their prominent shows that Star Wars is anti-american and rock and roll is evil.

It's not hard to imagine what they think of dnd.

The amazing thing is they always say their traditional America but it never ever seems that way.

I have to agree though that dnd needs to get back to its rock and roll roots.

There are people in Fox News that are as demented as Al Quaida. I wouldn't use it as a driving force in the design of the next version of D&D though.
