To Ranger REG - Do You Need Players?

I noticed that you live in Honolulu, well so do I!

I live in Salt Lake, near Pearl Harbor.



Do you have a group and do you need players?

Yeah, I've got a decent group of 7 gamers total, including myself. Unfortunately, we're not looking to expand our number and therefore not taking in new players at this time.

Salt Lake is pretty far from where I'm at (closer to downtown Honolulu). My suggestion is to try and post your name up on the board at the Original Jelly's behind Cutter Ford, or look up for any group opening. That place is pretty cool with a second-floor gaming area that overlook the store area on the bottom.

Then again, I haven't been there for a long time, so I'm hoping they're still there (next to a lounge?).

I tried that route a few years ago, over at Other Realms in Ward Shopping Center, I checked out their board with mixed results.

Most of the games I found were geared more towards "power-gamers" or groups that had different playing styles than what I was used to, not that it is a bad thing, just not what I was looking for in a game.

Many of your posts are very intelligent and well-communicated and your group seems like an excellent one, which had me wondering if there was an opening.

Anyways, thanks for the advice again and let me know if you ever need an extra player.

Or could you recommend a good gaming group?

Distance in not a real factor for me since I am willing to drive if the group is worth it.

Try Last Sanctuary near Ala Moana. It should be across Tower Video.

If you want to go further east, I believe Gecko Books in Kaimuki also have a posting board.
