I've seen Necromancer's reaction. It combines canceling planned product (like ToH 4e), ruling out entire categories of future product (like City of Brass 4e), and saying they will insist on clarifications before they cautiously go forward on the remaining product (like the APG). And that's the most positive 3pp assessment so far.

And Necromancer Games are probably not alone in their scepsis. I know I'm sceptical.
