Tome of Battle: Anyone know anything about it yet?

Sadly, I predict that the 3x3 line-up will be based on alignment.

Crusader as a lawful class, 3 variants based on the moral axis.
Swordsage as a neutral class, ditto.
Warblade as a chaotic class, same.

*sigh* I'm really not fond of alignment-based class restrictions. :/

The Crusader class has appeared in D&D before, in the 2(+.5) edition book Player's Option: Spells & Magic as a more martial variant on the Cleric class. They had an alignment restriction, but it was they could only be LG, LE, CG or CE...

Hexblade, Duskblade, and now "Warblade"? Christ, can we get a moratorium on putting the word "blade" at the end of a class's name? :heh:

Don't forget the Mageblade!

Maybe somone could run an all-blade campaign. :)

I suspect we'll be seeing warriros with Concentration as a class skill and abilities akin to the Combat Focus line of feats in PHBII.
