The only supplement I had was a big fat supplement with a light green cover that was more of everything, as I recall. I had no idea there was more than that available.
EDIT: Looking at Wikipedia, I guess I had Toon: Silly Stuff, which wasn't nearly as comprehensive as I recalled. (And which didn't have a green cover.)
