24) One cannot play a Spellstitched Swarm-Shifter Dread Necromancer Emancipated Spawn Sea Kin Lacedon in 4e, therefore it must be broken.
25) 4e omitted the sea hag, annis, and greenhag... as well as the sea elf, lacedon, and merfolk... i.e. the 4e MM has no monsters in it.
26) 3.5e should have produced "Races of Water", "Complete Aquan", "Waterscape", "The Hydronomicon", and "Hag Magic". They would have sold at least one copy of each.

Technically, 8 is wrong.
Its very clear what functions are in the DDI. Its very clear what the DDI costs. If you believe that the DDI functions that exist right now are the worth the cost right now, then you should pay for a DDI subscription. If you do not, then you should not. Notions of "completeness" are irrelevant.
If I tell you that on Monday I will be selling bags containing an apple and an orange for two dollars, and when Monday comes around I say, "sorry guys, couldn't get apples, but I'm selling a bag with an orange in it for one dollar," it doesn't make sense to refuse to buy it out of some kind of moral outrage until I add apples and increase the price. Buy it if you want the orange. Don't buy it if you don't want the orange.
It is what it is, it costs what it costs, make a call. I'll respect your decision as long as you aren't pretending that something unfair is happening.
