15 languages assuming you speak common
1 Dwarven
2 Giant
3 Draconic
4 Abyssal
5 Infernal
6 Celestial
7 Auran
8 Ignan
9 Aquan
10 Terran
11 Goblin
12 Orc
13 Undercommon
14 Sylvan
15 Elven

This leaves halfling, gnome, gnoll, and I'm not sure what else from core.

It's a pity that 3.x removed any real mention of a number of racial languages when it came to outsiders, opting instead to make them generic. Thus in core stuff there's only a single celestial language, only two fiend languages, no slaadi or modron tongue, etc.

Obscure is fun:

Gith
Quaalith
Vaati
Rilmani
Kameral (precursors to the Rilmani)
Baernaloth
The yugoloth tongue in its various flavors of complexity and hidden meaning
The various dialects of Infernal used by different levels of the Baatezu heirarchy
Baatorian (the language of the ancient baatorians spoken by the evolved nupperibo in 'Tales of the Infinite Staircase')

And if we go to the prime material...
Raurinese/Imaskari
Netherese
Etc

That is, entering Realmspace.

If you do so, the number of languages suddenly leaps, as regional languages like Chondathan or Mulan.

Out of the PHB listed ones, Auran has always been my favorite. It's the most secretive language in the book after Druidic. Seriously, almost nothing in the MM speaks it. Air Elementals, Invisible Stalkers, and I think one or two others. Whenever one of my characters has a special relationship with another PC or NPC, romantic or friendly, I always make Auran their "secret language" for private conversations.
