The worst for me was when the party encountered a Blue Dragon. After a long and dragged out affair, the rest of the party was dead or immobilized and I was down to just a few spells.

I decided to risk my Limited Wish and said to the dragon, "I wish you were dead." After easily making it's magic resistance roll, the dragon looked back at me and said, "I wish *you* were dead."
