My top 5

Ok, the core books were given, and my next five would be (all for 3.x):

1. DMG II
2. Unearthed Arcana 3.5
3. Shackled City
4. Draconomicon
5. Iron Kingdoms vol. 2

Cheers!

M.

If the Core books count:

  • Player's Handbook 3.5
  • DMG 3.5
  • Fiend Folio
  • Monster Manual 3.5
  • Manual of the Planes

If the Core books don't count:

  • Fiend Folio
  • Lords of Madness
  • Manual of the Planes
  • Expanded Psionics Handbook
  • Monster Manual II

I'd mourn several others (especially Lords of Madness), but I think I'd get the most mileage out of those listed above.

(1) Monsternomicon
(2) Grim Tales
(3) Draconomicon
(4) Iron Kingdoms World Guide
(5) Urban Arcana

Honorable Mention: Book of Exalted Deeds and the Stronghold Builders Guidebook

So, I have the Core Rules 3.5 on a deserted Island...

  • Exp Psi Handbook
  • War of the Lance
  • Shackled City
  • MM II
  • MM III

If it was next year though, I'd be sure to bring Ptolus. I hear it has so much extra stuff, it comes with an inflatable raft with which to escape the island.

Only if you preorder...

;)

My revised list in no particular order:

- Arcana Evolved
- Eberron Campaign Setting
- Shackled City Adventure Path
- Unearthed Arcana
- Iron Heroes

  • Planewalkers Handbook
  • Uncaged: Faces of Sigil
  • Faces of Evil: The Fiends
  • Factols Manifesto
  • In the Cage: A Guide to Sigil
