Touch Attacks and cover

I am a bit confused and cannot find it in a specific book. Basically what I am wondering is if a cover bonus would help against touch attacks and where you found the information at.
I need to convince some people of the rule, am not sure on it myself, and will need to point it out for them in print to make them believe me.

Check the PH glossary, page 282, Touch Attacks. They ignore armor and natural armor bonuses, including shields. Therefore, they do not ignore cover.
