Touch attacks

The PHB says that touch attacks dont include any armor bonus, shield bonus, or natural armor bonus. It then goes on to say what it does include: size, dex, and deflection if any. My confusion comes from other types of bonuses, such as Dodge bonuses. It doesnt specifically say that dodge bonuses are not included, but it doesnt specifically say that they are either. Same with insight or whatever other bonuses there are that can be added to AC. If anyone out there can clarify this a bit I'd appreciate it.

SRD:
Touch Attacks: Some attacks disregard armor, including shields and natural armor. In these cases, the attacker makes a touch attack roll (either ranged or melee). When you are the target of a touch attack, your AC doesn’t include any armor bonus, shield bonus, or natural armor bonus. All other modifiers, such as your size modifier, Dexterity modifier, and deflection bonus (if any) apply normally.

The list for what does not apply is all encompasing, the other list is a few examples.

So you dont get your armor bonus, shield bonus, or natural armor bonus. But effectively everything else applies (unless, for some reason, the dm determines that whatever is giving the bonus should not apply for some reason)

Yes, you'll find in the glossary for that "touch attack" is simply defined by the fact that armor bonus, shield bonus, and natural armor bonus don't apply. All other bonuses work normally.
