I hate this feat on so many levels.

1: It's overpowered for monks and druids. Free unlimited poison!
2: Oh, sorry, it's a "ravage" which is just like a poison that only works on evil things. BAH! Because poisons are evil. Isn't that right, Mr. Lawful Good Coatl and Chaotic Good Pseudodragon?

I've seen people try to argue that those creatures would voluntarily refrain from ever using their poison. Seriously.

Drawback? Hardly. It's like saying "DR 10/- is a drawback because if you just happen to be in disguise and someone cops a feel they might thinks something's up..."
