Guys,

I am designing a couple of encounters and could use some help.

1. What plane is the Sahuagin god from and what is his name?

2. My brother claims that he read something somewhere (maybe a FAQ) that talked about SR stacking in certain ways. Has anyone else heard of this ?? I know it says in the DMG that SR overlaps...any leads are appreciated.

3. The feat Multi-voice has prereqs of multiple heads, Two weapon fighting and Greater two weapon fighting. When using the Two headed template it gives an ability called Superior Two-Weapon Fighting (Ex) (the Ettin also has it). Does anyone know if this virtual feat overlaps the two weapon fighting chain? It does make them irrelevant.

From the SRD under Spell Resistance:

"Spell resistance does not stack. It overlaps"

No idea about the others.

I can't find anything definite, but if I had to guess (based on the sahuagins' alignment of LE), the nine hells (probably in River Styx). His name is Sekolah, the great devil (also a clue to his home plane) shark.

Haven't heard of such a thing. Perhaps if he had a definite reference and/or a condition/example under which they would stack...

As it's written, a creature with Superior Two Weapon Fighting still has to have all the feat prerequisites. You could house rule that S2WF satisfies any requirement of 2WF (as would S2WF and a BAB of +6 with I2WF, S2WF and a +11 BAB with G2WF, and S2WF, a +16 BAB, and epic with P2WF), and I don't think you'd get too much argument.

That being said, the Multi-voice feat needs reworking. The feat requirements don't necessarily make sense and they make it inaccessable to creatures without natural weaponry, which again doesn't make sense. However, it still needs some prerequisite that make it not so easy to aquire. Being able to cast two spells (or one spell and a spell-like ability) in a round is a very powerful ability. Even with the Quicken Spell feat, you have to be able to cast at least 4th level spells to use it, and even then you can only quicken 0-level spells.

The Sahauagin god is named Sekolah and resides in the realm named Sheyruushk on Stygia, the fifth layer of hell (baator). Sheyruushk is an icy, frozen sea under the layer of ice that covers Stygia.

Doesn't natural SR stack but not item SR or spell SR?

Hey,

There is stackable SR, the classes Foe Hunter and Foresaker have SR that stacks with other sources - the FAQ for Masters of the Wild gives an example.

I beleive the SR a Drow gets stacks with any SR they get from classes they might have. Makes a Drow Forsaker a dangerous adversary...
