Tower shield, Shield bash and two-weapon fighting Question

[Uber Dungeon]

As far as I know, making a shield bash with a tower shield as an offhand attack (as part of two-weapon fighting) And and attack with a Dwarven waraxe as your main hand attack is totally out of the question.

I'm searching out a method of doing just that, lol.

Lets say you had the feats
Two-Weapon fighting
Monkey grip or STRONGARM BRACERS
Improved shield bash
Tower Shield Proficiency

Even so, it's still an iffy concept, does anyone have something to add that may make this more feasible?

Can't shield bash with a Tower Shield. Sorry. But you don't need that -2 on top of the TWF penalties.

Drop it to a Heavy shield and you get to go nuts.
