Hey, what is Titus Pollo doing with those guns? 
I don't know what to think of it.
But let it be said: I actually enjoyed the previous Punisher movie, even though he was widely seen as bad. So I won't take any guesses whether this one will be good or just enjoyable for me, or bad.

Looks like they've moved Frank back to New York, though I can't tell for certain if they're redoing his origin or not (from the brief flashback sequence in the beginning) and making this a reboot.
Too soon to tell. Not the greatest trailer in the world. I, too, liked the Thomas Jane Punisher movie (despite some inanities that should have been dropped, funny as they were in Garth Ennis' "Welcome Back, Frank" series. Had they stuck to making a serious flick, and dropped the wacky neighbors, it would have been a much stronger movie.)
IIRC, Jane was tied up with other things and couldn't come back for this one, which is too bad. Can't say I care for the high-collar body armor look he's sporting, though he looks like he could be a good Punisher appearance wise.

I'm pretty sure this is meant to be a sequel. If not, than a prequel.
I can vouch for it not being another reboot, as SciFi had news to that affect sometime last month.

The Punisher doesn't boast a love interest, supporting cast, or big metaplot, and it sure ain't like the villains return. It's a pretty basic story, kind of like all those Clint Eastwood spagheti westerns. All "sequel" versus "reboot" means here is whether or not Castle's family dies in Florida or New York. What's the big deal?
If we want the Punisher in New York, he buys a bus ticket.
