Jane didn't do this movie not because of a time schedule, Thomas Jane refused Punisher 2 because he felt the studio doing the movie was taking the Punisher character and not living up to who and how the Punisher is and would do things. Maybe the end movie they decided to do with war zone is a script change because of Jane not doing the intended sequel, but after seeing this trailer and see this Ray Stevenson guy is, this movie looks like its going to really suck and I won't see it, but that's just IMO of course.
