In the great tradition of brothers doing radio shows (okay, maybe that tradition only applies to NPR's "Car Talk"), my brother and I have recorded our very first Tricky Owlbear podcast. One suggestion: Play up to your strengths; in your case, you have a house organ for TOP, so use it. The more content you can provide that is unique to you the better, and what is more unique to you than your own company?
