There was an article online not too long ago that had an interview with Vin Diesel (star of Fast and the Furious) and he basically admitted to playing DnD when he was younger.

Well a friend of mine who gets GQ magazine (I think he got it just because Vin was on the cover, he is a big fan) read me an another article from there. The gist of it was this...

Vin was in a local gaming store when someone spotted him and approached him. He asked what he was up to and Vin replied he was buying some DnD stuff. When the kid found this out he was extatic and insisted that Vin join him for his Monday night DnD session. Unfortunately Vin could not commit to playing in his campaign every Monday so he politely declined. But Vin ended up buying this kid a $40 DnD book (not sure which one) and signed it for him. I believe the article also made mention that Vin ended up spending $800 in gaming stuff at the store.

Anyways, just thought it was a cool article and since I am a fan of Vin Diesel and thought others might be, I thought I'd pass this on. Check out GQ magazine for the actual specifics =)
