Not-so-quick question. What is the largest number of creatures you can find a way to summon as a swift action? stats of creatures don't mater as long as they are capable of charging. Swarms count as one creature. You can use any WotC publication but must involve a non-epic PC....

And the bonus trivia question: who can figure out why I want to know?

Hmm. I don't have the books to see if it's viable, but perhaps a cleric using Divine Metamagic with Quicken Spell and casting Elemental Swarm? I think its on the four elemental domains or something, but I forget.

Edit: Nope, wait, that won't work. Elemental Swarm has a casting time of like 10 minutes.

So - Divine Metamagic with Quicken Spell, casting a Quickened Maximized Empowered Summon Monster IV?

Doesn't the Malconvoker get some sort of bonus amount of creatures when he uses the Summon Monster spells?
