Tropes that is set excusivly in another dimension

Have there been any shows, movies, games, novels, anime, and comics that was set excusivly in another dimension, wit no travel from earth (or any other dimension) to the main dimension of the story? The only one I can think of is Planscape, to a degree.

Wouldn't many fantasy novels qualify? Not The Lord of the Rings (since Middle Earth is supposed to be the past of this world) but such things as, e.g., The Belgariad, The Well of the Unicorn, The Riddle Master of Hed, or the novels of the Black Company?

In the tv series Charlie Jade the main reality isn't ours, but there is travel to ours (which is called Betaverse in the show).

The game Project Snowblind is a kind of alternate universe Deus Ex. It was meant to be a sequel, but they cut all ties from it.
