True20 "Borrowed Time" setting - Used it?

I'll be looking into this....what? Class? PrC?...and see if it's a better fit. Thanks!
It's a PrC from the Eberron core book. Basically they spend action points to gain extra actions and the like. Sorry, I don't have my book with me, or I would give you better information.

And really, that's exactly what I was trying to ask about--"crunch". Setting? Bleh.

I have other questions about a specific feat, but I'm at work...I'll ask a little later when I have the book in front of me.
No problem...ask away...I'll give you my opinions on them. Off the top of my head, what I liked the most was the idea that you could string together multiple actions at cumulative penalties, then your roll determined how many of them you completed. It was something like an extremely simplified version of the Fireborn system. Still, I think the rules were reasonably balanced (there were hefty drawbacks to using Borrowed Time) and they could also be used generically to make a stunt system where you describe what you want to do, and then roll to see how much of it you actually accomplish.
