I'm incorporating a variant of the zone of truth spell and wanted to run it by the ENWorld folks to make sure I'm not forgetting anything....
Compel Truth
Enchantment (Compulsion) [Mind-affecting]
Level: Brd 3, Clr 3, Sor/Wiz 3
Components: V, S, DF
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Close (25 ft + 5 ft/2 levels)
Area/Target: 1 person/level
Duration: 1 round/level
Saving Throw: Will negates
Spell Resistance: Yes
After casting this spell, the caster may compel those she targets to answer any questions asked truthfully, to the best of their knowledge. The target must answer; they cannot respond with a lie, though they may be evasive as long as they remain within the boundaries of the truth. The caster must individually target each person, spending a full round focusing per target. The caster may affect a maximum number of targets equal to her spellcaster level, so long as they are targeted within the spell’s duration. If a target fails their save, they are compelled to answer truthfully for a period of time according to how much they failed their Will save by:

1-5...................1 min/level
6-10.................1 hour/level (though not longer than one day)
11+...................1 day/level
