Tumble through = involuntarily entering square?

Suppose I had a PC with a fire effect on them that causes them to damage anyone entering their square. If I were to succeed at a Tumble check and move through an enemy's square, would that count as they having entered mine for the purpose of triggering the effect?
Logically, as the character's occupy the same space for a short span of time, one could say the effect would be able to affect the second one. Other actions that trigger such effects, like grappling or indeed, tumbling through the indicated square, take the same part of an action.
On the other hand, the way it's written could more be interpreted that the triggering character has to take an action on their turn to trigger the effect.

How do you interpret this?

(Bonus points: What if the PC grapples the enemy? What if the enemy is moved involuntarily into or through the space?)

Disclaimer: there may be RAW on this, I am just providing an opinion.

Tumbling through: the point of tumbling through is that you are AVOIDING the person already in the square. Therefore, I would guess that RAW, it does not trigger. I might allow a Tumble check at -10 to both avoid AoO's and trigger the effect.

Grappling: I think a successful grapple would trigger the effect.

Moved involuntarily: I think this would trigger the effect.

That's actually the exact idea I was having. Of course I generalized it for other effects since the way the smoke follows players is a little wonky so I want a concrete rule that I can know the edges of.
