Map Details:
  • Grid Size: 36x46 10' Squares (72 dpi); VTT Size: 1229x1578
  • The irregular blue dots represent rubble.
  • Areas 3, 10 a), 20, 31, 35 b), and 35 c) have open pits.
  • Areas 4, 8, 10 a), 14 b), 23, 26 b), 30 b), 34, and 35 a) have statues.
  • Areas 7, 14 a), 25, 34, 35 a), and 35 d) have pillars.
  • Areas 9, 23, and 27 have covered pit traps.
  • Areas 10 b) and 13 have notches in the walls (perhaps these notches shoot flames/what-have-you at those that enter the areas).
  • Areas 14 b), 26 b), and 30 b) have daises/raised platforms.
  • Area 35 c) has a bridge over a large open pit.
  • Area 35 d) has an altar.

  • Areas 1 f), 5, 16 b), and 24 b) have daises/raised platforms.
  • Areas 1 f), 4, 5, 16 c), 16 d), 31, and 37 have statues.
  • Areas 4, 10, 14, 16 c), 16 d), 17, 22, 24, 32, and 37 have pillars.
  • Areas 11 b) and 17 have pools/fountains.

  • Areas 9 b), 27 b), and 30 have statues.
  • Areas 23 b) and 27 b) have daises/raised platforms.
  • Area 23 b) has false double doors (gate?).

Next week's map will probably be the last of this series. I plan on bundling the group once I do finish the series.

Just a quick note to let people know that my hosting provider screwed up my security certificate (they didn't renew it but said they did) so that's why my pictures aren't loading. My site is still safe so you can continue to the links from the security warning page. I'm hoping that this issue will be corrected by this evening.

I LOVE Keeps dug back into mountains.

I already know what I want to do. "Keep of the Battle Wizards of Orcus", that looks like a mild mannered dwarven keep to Moradin up front, but in the back... Oh ho.

Everyone always wondered why there were so many zombie and skeleton servants, and so few dwarfs!

  • Area 1 f) has a revolving stone block. It will only move if great strength is applied to it (Strength of 22 (or higher) is required to push the revolving stone open).
  • Area 21 b) has a ledge with an attached ladder that leads down to the lower elevation.
  • Areas 29 and 30 have open pits/wells.
  • Area 24 a) has an open balcony that overlooks area 46.
  • Area 24 a) has a throne/chair.
  • Area 24 a) and 41 have tapestries.
  • Area 44 a) has a covered pit trap.
  • Area 45 b) are natural stone steps leading up to the revolving stone block.
  • Area 45 c) is a small cave pocket that is only accessible by the small, narrow tunnels.
