Does turn resistance apply to the max HD of undead affected as well as the application of turning damage dice to undead HD?
i.e. a 6-HD undead with TR +4 would effectively be 10 HD against both the max HD affected by a cleric's turning as well as the # of HD affected (e.g. if the cleric rolled a 9 for turning damage, the undead would be unaffected).
