Turning Undead HD Totals?

If a cleric can only affect 10-HD undead creatures and rolls 15 HD worth of turning damage, does an 11-HD undead creature (which isn't affected) count as 11 of the 15 HD total? Or does the turning "skip" that creature (like it does for creatures already turned)?

It skips it.

On a given turning attempt, you can turn no undead creature whose Hit Dice exceed the result on this table.
