Tweaking the action economy with feats: additional Reactions?

I was looking at the Legendary Actions and how they're essentially extra Reactions, and was wondering if the concept might be adaptable to PCs with feats, and how it would play. Various classes can already adjust the action economy on a very limited basis, so I thought about opening it up with feats.

Something along the lines of

Feat: Lightning (or Perspicacious) Reflexes
Prerequisite: Proficiency Bonus +3
Benefits:
1. +1 Dex or Int
2. You may use your unused Bonus Action as an extra Reaction.

or

Feat: Lightning (or Perspicacious) Reflexes
Prerequisite: Proficiency Bonus +5
Benefits:
1. +1 Dex or Int
2. You gain a second Reaction: you may use two Reactions per round.

What do you think?

I like the idea of the unused bonus action working as a reaction, but im not certain it really qualifies to be a feat by itself. It sounds more like a houserule-level thing than a feat. The legit second reaction could be great, but you should consider specifying that it can only be used for weapon attack or something like that, similar to haste's extra action.

Hmm. I like it. I think I favor gaining a second reaction over converting an unused bonus action. I've already got one feat that I homebrewed that is similar, though it takes a different approach:

COMBAT REFLEXES
You are skilled at taking advantage of the openings of your enemies. You gain the following benefits.

-Once per round, you can make an opportunity attack without using your reaction.

-You gain advantage on opportunity attacks.

I'm looking for something a bit more suitable for higher-level characters. Hence the Proficiency Bonus prerequisites.
