Imp. Shield Bash, shield charge, weapon focus-scimitar, dodge, combat expertise, mobility, two weapon rend, bounding assault, rapid blitz.

Sucky?

Unfortunately, yes. I think there's a clause in Dervish that requires you to attack only with slashing weapons while in a dervish dance, and not only that, I think you won't benefit from your AC bonus when you use a shield. You may be better off with ranks in Tempest (Complete Adventurer) instead.

How about Scout 4/Ranger 2/Dervish X/ WXZ with Swift Hunter and Improved Skirmish feats and forgetting the shield?

You would get skirmish damage to all of your attacks while in dervish dance and you would get to apply it even against your favored enemies that are normaly immune to precision damage.

Look for the Ranger variant in Complete Champion that gives more bonus feats instead of spells. You can get fighting style feats almost every other level.

Tempest is a must. Also, the weapon style feats from Complete Warrior give cool bonus effects when you hit with both weapons.
