Twin
Though you appear as two identical, yet distinct beings, you are in fact a single entity; your mind and soul inhabit two bodies.

Abilities: +2 Intelligence, +2 Charisma
Vision: Normal
Speed: 6 squares
Skills: +2 Insight, +2 Intimidate

Two Bodies
You have a companion with the same abilities, feats, and class features that you do.
Your companion may use your powers.
You and your companion share actions. When you spend a move action, you may have your companion move as well. You may spend a healing surge so that your companion may regain one fourth of its hit points.

Shared Experience
Whenever you take damage, your companion takes the same amount of damage. Whenever your companion takes damage, you take the same amount of damage.
You see everything and know everything your companion does and vise versa.

Suggest Suicide Both you and your companion may use the Suggest Suicide encounter power.

Suggest Suicide Twin Racial Power
Encounter. Psionic
Standard Action
Ranged 10
Target: One creature
Attack: Intelligence/Charisma vs. Will
Hit: The target makes an Opportunity Attack against itself.

Odd that this would go up when Alluria puts up its Taddol race (see News section). Alright... well.. it looks like you pretty much ripped this from the Beastmaster Ranger build which is a good start. The main issue I see here is "why?"

In combat, you can be your own flanking buddy, so that's interesting and utterly crazy for rogues, but you can't really do anything in tandem. Furthermore, a shared HP pool AND shared actions means you're likely to take damage for two while only dishing out damage as one - again, except for Rogues who will cry tears of joy over this race.

Out of combat.. I like the Bynar feel but again, the gimmick is a bit limited. Sharing actions means you still only get one turn in Skill Challenges. Can the two bodies be at infinite distance from each other or do they need to remain within some proximity? You're a living telephone, which is another neat trick, though.

Overall, I like the idea but it looks like it's only practical for Rogues right now as the fun bits are all geared toward stealth and deception. Maybe Fighter too... maybe. I'll think about this some more.

Another thing: Do you and your twin share one pool of hit points, action points, healing surges, magic item daily power uses, etc?
