Two-blade ranger really high damage

Re rogue, you mean vanguard rapier, not mord, right? You don't get sneak attack on the mord.

I suspect you actually do more damage with a dagger than a rapier.

Lets see:

damage with rapier: 41 * 13/20 (50% + charge + combat advantage) = 26.65
damage with a dagger (with the Nimble Blade feat instead of the weapon proficieny -- not a constant bonus, so ok with your house rule, right?) : 37 * 15/20 (all that + dagger weapon mastery + Nimble Blade) = 27.5

Mind, I think you're probably better off with rapier for a charging rogue -- but that's because you want to take Flash of the Blade -- which you don't actually have yet. As a charger, you're going to find it hard to get combat advantage--but that's where flash of the blade comes in.

if i forgo w focus and tacke nimble blade insted i get damage with rapier: 40 * 14/20 (50% + charge + combat advantage + nimble blade) = 28

Hi there!

Str 20
Con 14
Dex 18

Even so you seem to like charging you should switch DEX and STR. All rogue powers are based on DEX so you sacrifice +1 to hit with all rogue powers for +1 to hit with charges. That's a rather bad deal.

I haven't checked your numbers but your formating has improved anyway.

If you could improve your punctuation and capitalization, it would help, but if not...don't worry about it.

Flash of the Blade: dragon feat; (d381): when you are the only creature adjacent to the target, you may apply your sneak attack even without combat advantage if you're wielding a rapier. (yeah, I meant rogue weapon talent).

At paragon, the numbers change -- but yes, chargers usually prefer rapier.

BKI: he's also getting +2 damage with charges...but yeah.

tel mee if im corect

Items:
Vanguard Rapier +1 (Book AV1), Horned Helm (Book PH1), Dire Boar (Book AV1),
Bracers of Mighty Striking (Book PH1), Talon Amulet (RPGA Treasure of Talon Pass)

Charge whit combat advantage
Attack: +15 vs AC
Hit: 1d8 + 1d8 + 1d8 + 2d8 + 1d6 + 16

Breakdown:
Attack: 3 (lvl) + 5 (Str) + 1 (Ench) + 3 (prof) + 2 (combat advantage) + 1 (charge)
Damage:1d8 (Weapon) + 1d8 (Surprising Charge) + 1d8 (Vanguard)
+ 2d8 (Backstabber Sneak Attack) + 1d6 (Horned Helm) + 5 (Str) + 5 (Str on Sneak Attack)
+ 1 (Ench) + 2 (Shifting) + 2 (Bracers of Mighty Striking) + 1(Talon Amulet)

DPR = 0.75*42+0.05*66.5 = 34.825 (Ch)

if you use vanguard in of hand and get mage´s weapon rapier (Book AV1)
you can get Gorebrute Charge feat insted of Weapon Proficiency (Rapier)
then
when blodied
DPR = 0.75*45+0.05*68.5 = 37.175 (Ch)
with Boar's 8.2 total is 45.375 DPR (Ch, Mount)

hard to play unless you get a combat advantage feat like getting vicious advantage
and tagteaming with player that slows enemies

Hi again, my charge happy friend.

I don't check the math - it's too late. 40+ at-will dpr at level 6 is nice.

So let's take a look at the rest:

Str 20, Dex 17

Nice for MBAs, like charging, BUT what about you're rogue powers? They require high DEX. If you want a rogue charger get Melee Training (DEX) or go STR and DEX 16 pre-racial and pick a STR/DEX race like Half-Orc.

Whatever you conclude for yourself I advice you to get a post-racial 18 in DEX at level 1.

---

So you're charging with a mount and assume CA for your attack, you should be able to answer the following questions to see if this build is really good.
1) How do I get CA before I charge my target?
2) How do I charge the next round - will I draw OAs/etc.?
3) What can I do if the enemies get the drop on me and I can't charge?
4) How does the loss of the mount affect my build?
If you have a good answer for all those questions your build is good - otherwise it doesn't look good.

Have some figuring that out.
