Two clerics turning

On the same round, 2 clerics decide to turn undead. Let's say undead 1 is closest, and cleric A turns him. Could undead 2 be turned again by cleric B, effectively eating up some of the HD cleric B can turn...or would that undead be ignored by cleric B's turning?

You may skip over already turned undead that are still within range, so that you do not waste your turning capacity on them.

So, no, you don't re-turn already turned undead, unless you want to.
