Two Deepwood Sniper Questions

1) Range Increment Bonus of +10ft / Level (Gained at 2nd Level)
Does this bonus increase the range of Point Blank Shot, or Sneak Attack?

2) Magic Weapon (Gained at 2nd Level)
Does being able to cast this 1st Level spell qualify you for Arcane Archer?

1) No. It increases a weapon's range incriment and does not affect PBS or SA.

2) The DM needs to answer whether "Have (Sp)= Cast 1st level arcane spells". I'd say no.

IIRC, the ability is spell-LIKE not a spell. So it should not count as I understand things.

Your DM will have to tell you whether it qualifies you. As a DM, I'd never let anything other than "able to cast spells as a first level arcane caster" qualify for that. Why on earth they just didn't word it that way in the first place, I don't know.

For some reason, I thought I remember it specifically saying, "..as a cleric of your level." That would lead me to believe that magic weapon is a divine spell for a Deepwoods Sniper. That said, I have to agree with the rest of the people here that it is a spell-like ability and wouldn't qualify you anyway.
