How is the damage calculated for two-handed weapons? in 3.5 it was modifier + half right? what is it in 4e since i haven't found out where it specifies the dmg. Also what book says it?

Powers specify damage, basically forget everything from 3.5. Weapons do their die damage. A Longsword, for instance, has 1d8 as its [W]. When you use a power that says 1[W] with a Longsword, you roll a 1d8. If a power says 2[W] you roll 2d8, etc. Any other modifiers are specified by the power and the powers keywords (for instance if it has the "Melee" keyword and you have an item that adds damage to melee attacks, you add it the modifier from that item).

This is all in the PHB. ^.^

And most weapon attacks will say something like 1[w]+Str or 2[w]+Dex. You only add your ability score modifier once, no matter how many hands you use to swing the thing.

It may seem unrealistic at first blush, but it's balanced, easy to calculate, and sort of makes sense if you think of a round's 'attack' as several seconds of fighting instead of one single blow. You can stab a lot with a dagger in the time it takes to pull back a greatsword and swing it.

As a note, if you use a one-handed weapon with the versatile property in two-hands, then you gain +1 to damage with it. For example, a longsword is normally 1d8. Since it's a versatile weapon, you can use it in two hands and deal 1d8+1.

Two-handed weapons tend to deal more damage in 4e just by having a larger damage die (d12 versus d10, for instance). Also, note that if a weapon has the Versatile property, that means you can either wield it one-handed and deal its normal damage, or wield it two-handed and deal 1 extra damage with it (assuming you're a Medium-sized character).

Are there any ways to increase the attack of a person wielding a fullblade? Like gloves that enable a person to wield a Two-handed weapon in one hand so i can use a fullblade and shield. Or some feat or something that increases dmg, hopefully cheap.

Closest you're likely to get to swinging a big sword with a shield is bastard sword and shield, then slotting Wicked Blade (paragon, MP2) to gain the High Crit property on your basic attacks. This only works well for a class that uses MBAs or has powers that count as one, such as the Slayer or Knight.

Pure damage boosts are uncommon. Besides Weapon Focus, Frostcheese (and similar Divinity feats), and the ever-popular Iron Armbands of Power, there isn't a lot else (there are some, but they're not general-use).
