two new cleric spells

I have a cleric in my group who wants to research a spell that works like magic weapon/greater magic weapon but grants the enhancements to a weapon or armor. So they can enchant a weapon to be Flaming or flaming burst.

This would of course be two seperate spells.

I plan to let it rise in power as they rise in level. It will also be higher level becuase it will be more versatile than a plain + to a weapon. It will also have to be an already enchanted item as well.

What I can't decide is duration mostly. I want it to be maybe a level higher but am unsure of keeping an hours duration per level. I was thinking 10 minutes per level. What do you all think?
