Two questions about feinting in Combat

1 - The PHB (page 64) says that you may retry this freely if the bluff check fails against the sense motive check, but what if it succeeds? Can this be used more than once on the same foe in the same combat, or is he aware of the trickery after the first successful hit?

2 - Can this be used with unarmed attacks?

You can feint as often as you like.

You can bluff and use an unarmed attack, but unless you have IUS or monk levels, you'll draw an AoO...

How do the Aoo's work then?

An unarmed strike doesn't provoke an AoO from an unarmed target.

Unless he has IUS or monk levels.
