Types of DR

So how many different types of DR are out there? From WotC, I know of:

DR/-
DR/bludgeoning
DR/slashing
DR/piercing
DR/silver
DR/cold iron
DR/magic
DR/adamantine
DR/byeshk (from Eberron)
DR/good
DR/evil
DR/lawful
DR/chaotic

and of course the various combinations.

I know of at least one 3rd party creature that has DR/non-magical. Are there any others, WotC or otherwise?

I think it was in Rokugan.

And they had an interesting concept: A monster would have DR 20/+4(Jade). That meant that if your weapon was a jade weapon, +2 would be okay, or +3 obsidian (There were jade and obsidian, and they were partly interchangable).

Nowadays, I'd treat them like normal 3.5e DR, replacing cold iron, alchemical silver and adamantine.

Instead of good/evil/chaotic/lawful, I'd use honourable/dishonourable.
