I always thought it was derived from "Iōannēs Tzimiskēs", the Byzantine emperor. Does it mean anything in Hungarian?

I like the idea of using something like the Tzimisce in my Eberron game. I've been thinking about it a bit, but the best I've come up with is maybe using a Fleshbound Vampire as the base, then adding a version of the Manipulate Form abillity?
