[UA] Fey touched bloodline?

I'm making a character for tonights game. I was contemplating on making him from the Fey bloodline. But of course I am at work and do not have my book on me atm... I didn't get to read too much into the bloodlines. How exactly do they work (do you get a level adjustment? do you attain levels in them like you do with paragons? do you have to pay them off?). And what would the Fey bloodine give to an Elven Rogue 1 in the way of abilities and such?

Bloodlines do not give a LA per se. Instead, at various points, you have to take a "Bloodline Level" which is basically an empty level: no BAB, no Save Bonus, no hp, etc. What you get for that is a collection of special abilities as your character level rises.

The Fey bloodline comes in 3 strengths. Only by taking the Major Fey bloodline does a 1st level character get any benefit (I think all Bloodlines are structured that way).

Minor bloolines give powers at 4th, 8th, 12th, 16th, and 20th levels.
Intermediate at 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th, and 20th.
Major at every level.

The progressions are all the same; the first power gained for any Fey bloodline is +2 to Hide.

If you take a Minor bloodline, you have to take a "Bloodline" level at or before 12th level. For Intermediate, it is 1 at or before 6th, and a second at or before 12th. If you choose Major, you must take a bloodline level at or before 3rd, then a second at or before 6th, and finally a third at or before 12th.
