Is there a statute of limitations on that? Apparently they fixed it in a slapdash fashion because it broke down again. Now how do I go about doing that? Especially if I want to sell it.

I know the whole IANAL and the possibility of being sued for malpractice. I do work at a law library but its in Oklahoma, but I have at least two practicing lawyers as friends in Arkansas so I can ask them. I can at least file with the better business bureau. Might as well as I'm pursuing a grievance against the director of my former program for irregularities in my candidacy and another one against the head of the ASGC and his NASA liaison for breech of confidentiality.
