Next Saturday (21 July) is UK RPG Day!

Game stores across the UK will be hosting special events and giving away FREE RPGs, adventures, and related stuff. If you love RPGs (and who on EN World doesn't?) and want a chance to meet new gamers, try something new (for FREE!), and maybe even bring along a mate and introduce him to this fabulous hobby, make plans to take part in UK RPG Day!

I was thinking the same thing. That, and I'll be getting on a plane early that morning to go back to the states for three weeks.
 

It's a bit sad to see a list of Gaming shops like that and realise there are so few about in the UK. Still I guess I'll make the trip to Manchester which is now my nearest one. :(

Thanks for pointing this out Charles - If I wasn't at a wedding that day I'd surely have made an effort, and it is encouraging to see some near-ish to me.
