You can have the one from the Supers game I've been working on, but gave up on due to the dozens that were coming out and other demands on my time: Twenty Sided Supers.

Because the Trademark Guide has strict limit on the use of their trademarks. "d20" is Wizards' trademark (when used to refer to their rules system, not when used to refer to the polyhedron-shaped die numbering 1 to 20).

I know that d20 system is a trademark, and that they wished to trademark d20 as shown in their conversion guidelines, but as far as I'm aware, they haven't been granted this trademark

edit: and I don't see how a d20 in the title could be considered like the system and not the dice, after all if you look at the everquest RPG logo they have a d20 in it, though the intent is probably to lure d20 player into buying it

Everquest also isn't published under the d20 STL, so the trademark guidelines are irrelevant to them.

It's about guidelines on indicating compatibility with, too. Besdies, just because they don't have the trademark yet (and they have applied for it), doesn't mean they won't have at a later point., and I won't be keen or renaming the book after release.

and it's section 7 of the OGL that prevent any use of trademark without permission, am I wrong?

What you saw is a twenty-sided die with the number "20." That is not Wizards' d20 System trademark, which is the little red-and-white box with the black border and the word "d20 system" inside it.

What I do not understand is how the "d20" in "d20 super" imply compatibility with the d20 system while the EQRPG logo do not.
