Unarmed proficiency bonus in Character Builder.

Once you've gone to the Equipment stage in the character building process, the powers gain an "Your stats" entry with a breakdown of bonuses. If you don't equip a weapon the entry is "Your stats (unarmed)" and it lists a +2 proficiency bonus.

Now... as per the PHB, you don't get a proficiency bonus for unarmed attacks. Is this errata? A new rule? A bug?

I think it might be bug. The Monk class might give a +2 proficiency bonus to unarmed attacks and the bug gives the bonus to all unarmed attacks regardless of class.
