As I said in the Warforged slam thread: Personally I rule "no" on this issue. It's not explicit one way or the other in official rules or FAQ.

How the heck is it not explicit? :boggles:

Unarmed Attacks: Striking for damage with punches, kicks, and head butts is much like attacking with a melee weapon, except for the following:

Which feat gives you the fourth attack?

This one:

SRD said:
PERFECT TWO-WEAPON FIGHTING [EPIC]
Prerequisites: Dex 25, Greater Two-Weapon Fighting, Improved Two-Weapon Fighting, Two-Weapon Fighting.
Benefit: The character can make as many attacks with his or her off-hand weapon as with his or her primary weapon, using the same base attack bonus. The character still takes the normal penalties for fighting with two weapons.
Normal: Without this feat, a character can only get a single attack with an off-hand weapon (or two attacks with an off-hand weapon if he or she has Improved Two-Weapon Fighting, or three attacks with an off-hand weapon if he or she has Greater Two-Weapon Fighting).

I forgot it was Epic, and not just a BAB +16, previous feats in chain, feat. :)

I guess now the question becomes "how do I boost/enchant my unarmed strikes and natural weapons?"

Your first stop is:

SRD said:
Amulet of Mighty Fists: This amulet grants an enhancement bonus of +1 to +5 on attack and damage rolls with unarmed attacks and natural weapons.
Faint evocation; CL 5th; Craft Wondrous Item, greater magic fang, creator’s caster level must be at least three times the amulet’s bonus; Price 6,000 gp (+1), 24,000 gp (+2), 54,000 gp (+3), 96,000 gp (+4), 150,000 gp (+5).

First stop? I'd think the first stop would be the party druid. :)

Well, OK, that's probably true. :)

If you *didn't* have a druid, then ... :D

EDIT:

The other issue is that the Magic Fang spell only works on a single natural weapon (of which our hero has three, plus an unarmed strike).

Greater Magic Fang is a 3rd-level spell that grants each weapon +1, or a single weapon +1 or more.

At 1 minute and 1 hour per level, respectively, that's potentially a lot of spells you're asking the druid to burn on you.

Well, Amulet of Mighty fists helps with DR/magic. And Sense Weakness (Draconomicon) will help a little bit with any DR you can't reduce. Is there any way to get your Unarmed and natural weapons to defeat alignment and material based DR? (Could you enchant your Amulet of Mighty Fists with Sure Striking?)

Also, in what order do these attacks have to be made? Can you make your last off-hand unarmed strike after all of your other attacks (including natural attacks)?

Other than being a monk? :)

There's one-shot items - like silversheen - which you could conceivably use to coat your claws.

There are spells, as well, in other sources which can cause weapons to be treated as particular materials.

Draconomicon has some items, as well, which improve claw and bite attacks.

Extra attacks from a high BAB must be made in order of highest bonus to lowest.

Unfortunately, that rule does not address extra attacks gained from sources other than a high BAB (like, say, your off-hand and natural weapon attacks).

The way I would most likely do it is handle the attacks in order of the BAB they were based on.

Thus, your first "salvo" would consist of: 1 unarmed strike, 1 armor spike, 1 claw, 1 claw, and 1 bite, based on BAB +16.

Your second salve would be: 1 unarmed strike, 1 armor spike
3rd: 1 unarmed strike, 1 armor spike
4th: 1 unarmed strike (or armor spike, depending)

It's certainly not required that you do it in this fashion, however. You could handle all of your natural weapons last, if you wanted to.

It would work on your unarmed strikes as well (strange as that sounds), unless I'm mistaken.

I'll be sure to check the Draconomicon. Do you have a reference for those spells?

I ask, because if you could unload all of your attacks except your last (normal or off-hand) unarmed strike, you could grapple or trip with that last strike.
