I'll repost my conversions for the Plasman, Yitsan, and Plasmoid, DeGleash when I get a chance. Should be able to either tonight or tomorrow night.

Actually, given the recent demonstration of the impermanence of message boards, I think it might be a good plan to find a permanent home for them somewhere on the web. Then I can add them to my index too.

I don't see the space dragons (sun, moon, radiant, and stellar). Aren't they from Spelljammer, and have conversions been done already elsewhere?

I know The Shattered Fractine has conversions; that's probably why they weren't counted.

What GrayLinnorm said :D.

Sun Dragon
Moon Dragon
Radiant Dragon (also in the Draconomicon)
Stellar Dragon

RavinRay, I posted a copy of an index of all the 3.X D&D creatures I could find a month or so ago. I've updated the spreadsheet a few times since then (thanks to the wisdom of GrayLinnorm and others), but that's basically what I checked against when making the list.

Hmm, isn't the Gadabout now a magic item in one of the Dragon Magazines? I'd have to double check, but I think it got a convert as a Magic item :p

I will hopefully have the Delnoric Plasmoid up in the next few weeks. I have him mostly converted; just need to fix the stats and type him up. At the same time, I should also have a 3.5 version of the deGleash, as well :)

dhaga did you let Beyond the Moons site know about yours? thanks for doing the conversions.

Mike

I did not, Mike. I will head over there and point them to the few I have done so far :)
Thanks!

Thanks for pointing the Wonderseeker page out, Big Mac, I missed that when I indexed the Beyond the Moons' monsters. I've removed Wonderseekers from the unconverted creatures list and updated my index.

Glad to be of assistance.

I'll be wanting to use all of these Spelljammer monsters at some point, so this thread and your index are really useful projects. Thanks for collating this information Echohawk.

FYI: The Beyond the Moons 3rd editon conversion project is taking some of the really really large creatures away from the rest of the SJ monsters. (They are going to go into Chapter 2: Hazards.) I believe that (when it gets done) the Zat, which is the size of a spelljamming ship, might be listed as a "Hazard" instead of as a "Monster".

Inaii (winged horses) - SJQ1 Heart of the Enemy

I mentioned these in another thread (Echohawk's D&D Index), but though I would mention them again, in case anyone needed to know what page they are on.

They are on pages 69 and 70, but also reference something elsewhere. These winged horses are modified pegasi, so shouldn't take too long to do (if they qualify for conversion). They do not have full stats, so anything not mentioned will be identical to a regular pegasi. I would guess that the 2nd edition pegasi would need to be looked at for comparison.

I know The Shattered Fractine has conversions; that's probably why they weren't counted.

I've just spoken to Danastes (the Shattered Fractine webmaster) and have both good and bad news.

The good news is that he has conversions for Golem, Radiant, Stargazer, Neogi: Undead Old Master and Blazoid.

The bad news is that Shattered Fractine is going offline.

I'll post again when I find out if Danastes is able to find these conversions and get them online.

The bad news is that Shattered Fractine is going offline.

Shattered Fractine has now been uploaded into The Lost Spheres (Beyond the Moons archive of SJ websites).

Here is the new homepage of Shattered Fractine (at The Lost Spheres):
http://lost.spelljammer.org/ShatteredFractine/

Here is the new Monsters of the Void URL:
http://lost.spelljammer.org/ShatteredFractine/critters/index.html

I've not got any more news on the additional Shattered Fractine conversions yet.

However, there are two new SJ conversions that have been posted over at The Piazza (the forums for old D&D campaign settings).

The first is the Beholder Eater, Thagar ("Grimgobbler") and the second is the Anadjiin.

I'm going to try to get the author to upload them both to Beyond the Moons*, but if anyone can see any problems with them, I'd appreciate a bit of constructive feedback.

* = Or do it myself if he is too busy to do it.
