Undead Apocolypse - PC style

It's certainly not in the rules, but I imagine there is something about the density of the living that drives undead to shun heavily populated areas and causes them to be predatorial in nature - as in stalking out singular or small groups to slay and then slipping away rather than repeatedly attacking.

Something akin to the stories of lion attacks, striking only at night and only attacking lone individuals or a single hovel before sneaking away with their meal. Except in the undead's case, the "meal" awakens with a desire to seek shelter (self-preservation instinct?), before turning into a roving hunter.

But yeah, trying to rationalize this stuff over what could be is futile; the game is what it is.
