I've got the book here.
There are different terrain features depending on whether you're in the Shallows, the Deeps, or the Feydark/Shadowdark. All are patches of weirdness 5-10 squares contiguous that can be identified with Dungeoneering/Religion checks. All but Godsrock trigger effects when you spend a surge in the area.
In the Shallows you get Godsdream - take -2 attack, crit on a 17-20, lasts until you rest or crit.
In the Deeps you get Godsrage - deal +2 damage/tier, and deal 2 damage/tier to all allies within 3 at the end of your turn. Lasts until dazed, stunned or unconscious, or you take a short rest without spending a surge.
Feydark is Godsblood - gain 2 regen/tier and -4 Fortitude and Will. Lasts until you're at full hp.
Godsrock is cover/blocking terrain. Gain +2 Fortitude and Will when adjacent. Fail a save next to it and you take 5 necrotic/tier.
