I love Psych, too. It's campy, but fun. Am I the only one who calls it Shawn and Gus?

I really try to like Legend of the Seeker. Most of time I can't finish a single episode.

In the UK, I think "Being Human" may come into this category. There is this werewolf, this vampire and this ghost sharing a flat...

I'll throw in a third vote for Being Human, mostly because Plane Sailing stole my suggestion.

I enjoyed Primeval while it was on...

I really enjoyed the first series of Primeval, but the latter series not so much.

Another very recent show is Paradox (which I love just for the title).

Its a British cop shop with a Scifi twist. It deals with a trio of British Police (and I believe its filmed in Newcastle?), who try to solve crimes BEFORE they happen. Yes I know that sounds familiar, but all the clues they get are a varied selection of pictures.

I believe the first season was only 6 episodes, but its worth a look.


For the more obscure underrated but getting older programs, look at a show out of the UK called Ultraviolet. Probably my 3rd fav tv show after Doctor Who and Blakes 7.
