The OGL does no such thing. The d20 trademark license prohibits character generation and describing how to apply the effects of experience. As far as I can tell, you could include an experience table in a d20 trademarked product, you just can't describe how to use it. If it's such a hassle to just do a single page of something and share it non-profit with a few guys, I won't bother anymore... it's not like a CDx adventure. Just an extension of something already available to make epic games faster under that system.
