When I last ran D&D 3e (and who knows when that'll happen again. . .) -
Buying off LA
Class variants (some, kinda)
Fractional BAB and saves (my own variant of that variant)
Weapon Groups (as above)
Facing (more or less)
3 basic classes (but not how they've done it, at all)
A couple of others, I think
With
many house rules of my own besides. . . so many and so varied as to make the UA variants pale somewhat.
But really, when I first read through True20, I had to laugh. There were that many striking resemblances to my own house rules, and things I was thinking about or trying to work in (or out), that yeah, I just switched over instead. With a couple of simple house rules there too, mind you. [--I'll never change, in some ways.--]
Not likely to switch back unless or until coerced (and that's not seeming likely).
