Unhallow Question

If a cause fear effect is fixed to the unhallowed site, should the target creatures inside the unhallowed site make a save throw every turn, or do they only need to make a save throw once they enter the area?

Likewise, if a protection from energy effect is fixed, does that mean target creatures inside is effectively immune to a specific energy type?

I would say they only need to make a save on entering the area. Having to roll every round gets tedious very quickly; for other effects (dispel magic) it also gets very annoying.

Re: the protection from energy, I'd say you get the normal amount of protection only. However, when it runs out, you can "recharge" by leaving the area and entering it again.

Here's a good reason to bring back the turn!

I reckon make 'em roll every 10 rounds - ie, 1/turn
